The draft application loads, but it does not load with the "scroll" bar on the right side. As such, I cannot move up and down the screen. Any ideas on what the problem is?

I think that you would do better contacting Yahoo or posting this is the computer section. I hope that you get lucky here as I am about to buy a new pc with windows 7.
