Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Time: Shipping times vary based on the destination. Typically, delivery takes 3-7 business days after the Order has been processed.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Complimentary for orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 applies.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional charge. Rates and options will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the continental United States.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns Policy

  2. Package Your Return: Carefully pack your items, including the original packing slip. Write your R.A. number on the outside of the package.
  3. Shipping: Ship your return using a traceable method to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error we made.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund will be processed if approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. It ensures the desired item is in stock and shipped to you quickly.

Damaged or Defective Items
